4. AI Features

If you use AI features, the content you submit to those features may be sent to the backend and then to OpenAI to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive data unless you are comfortable with it being processed for that purpose.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold. Data is shared only as needed to provide the app's functionality, including authentication, cloud sync, subscription verification, AI response generation, and, if ads are enabled in the free tier, ad delivery and consent handling.

6. Advertising and Consent

If advertising is enabled in the free tier of the app, the app may use Google AdMob and related consent tools to request, serve, measure, and limit advertising. This may involve processing device identifiers, app interaction signals, approximate location derived from IP address, and consent status where required by law.

Premium users are intended to receive an ad-free experience. If ads are introduced, the corresponding store disclosures and data safety declarations will be updated to match the live app behavior.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, or resolve abuse and security issues.

• You can avoid AI processing by not using AI-based premium features.
